Tips for using our decals

• All of our decals are printed with an inkjet laser printer on white water transfer decal paper

• Decals are clear coated with a high quality clear coat

• Decals are printed with NO individual borders

• We recommend cutting decals very close to printed edges or as if the decal were a sticker (cut a box around the decal leaving a white border/background)

• Do NOT soak decal until decal loosens from backing, the decals are thin and may result in decal curling on itself or excessive loss of adhesive

• We recommend either a quick dip in water and shake off excess then allow decal to loosen from backing paper or allowing paper backing side of decal to rest on a damp sponge or paper towel until decal loosens.

• If applying a clear coat over decals after application we recommend light coats building up the clear. Heavy coats may cause undesireable effects to decals

• We have used Tamiya gloss and matte clears from the can, Duplicolor 1K, Scale Finishes 2K and Krylon Matte clear with good results. Other brands have not been tested by us.
