Here you will find several reference photos and tips for assembling our Model T IRS (Independent Rear Suspension). We do recommend test fitting of parts prior to final glue assembly to familiarize yourself with the provided parts.

Start by mounting QC Rear End in carrier bracket and attach brake rotors

Loosely assemble lower control arm to carrier and knuckle to arm with shock tab towards frame.

Knuckle and axle shaft components

This will be how the axle shafts assemble to knuckle with flat round hub being installed from the Wheel side.

With control arms and knuckle still loosely assembled pivot knuckle outwards to allow axle shaft

I glued the outer U-Joint to the axle shaft and the outer hub to the knuckle

I then glued the inner axle shaft to the brake rotor and while glue had not set pivoted knuckle inwards while aligning axle shaft

One side assembled

With control arms still not glued I attached the entire rear assembly to the frame

Having the control arms slightly loose allowed some movement when positioning shocks

After shocks are attached (not pictured) and final positioning and leveling is done apply glue to control arm and knuckle joints for final assembly
